Yields 1 serving


  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder,

  • 6 oz of hot water ( 140F -175F) I use a temp gauge

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (we used almond)

  • 2-3 drops of favorite natural flavor extract,

  • Sweetener of choice ( I used maple syrup)


( I use a whisk gadget, Kitchen gadgets are my only addiction)

In a medium 8 oz cup, whisk together the matcha powder and milk. Add in the flavor extract and whisk again. Pour into your favorite mug and top with sweetener. Enjoy!
